Calling our alumni to do follow up calls.  Check in with them, updating their information into our database.

Keeping statistics on our alumni will help with future funding by allowing us to quantify our impact.

The calls also help with keeping alumni closer to Wayside so that when and if they need support, they are more comfortable with reaching out.

Wayside House is a 47 year old Delray Beach non profit 501C3 that is a 90 day treatment facility for women recovering from drugs and alcohol.

Required free courses are “HIPPA Training” and “Security Awareness”.

We will train the volunteers on our custom database software called ZOHO.

Must have a pleasant clear speaking voice.  Enjoy helping people.  Ability to hold information in the strictest confidential information.

Basic computer skills, we will train on the software, but volunteer should have  general knowledge of how to input data and the importance of attention to detail.

Normal business hours.  We like to limit the shift to a minimum of 2 hours, maximum of 4 hours.

Any work days are good Monday through Friday.

Helping Wayside reconnect with its alumni and hearing about their successes.

We also give our volunteers three free items from our thrift store per shift.
