No experience needed for this fun volunteer opportunity where you will learn “some of the skills and tools of the trade for building new homes within our mission.” Learn what it takes to accumulate hours to earn the designation of “Dream Builder.”

Volunteers have the opportunity to grab a hammer and build affordable housing along with working with our expert construction staff, experienced volunteers, and partner families.

You will learn what it takes to be successful and work safely.

Volunteers opportunities are available Wednesday through Friday, from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM- 4:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older to work on the building site and must be at least 18 years of age to use power tools and participate in roof wor

You are part of the team who is building homes for qualified low income families from Boca Raton, FL to Boynton Beach, FL

Each home builds strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter.

You will be part of the team that builds a home inside and out.

On the job training working with expert volunteers and licensed professionals.

Must be comfortable climbing ladders,using manual and power tools, lifting and moving materials and equipment, and working in various weather conditions.

Volunteers opportunities are available Wednesday through Friday, from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM- 4:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

In addition to learning what it takes to build a home, you will meet and worked with Lead Volunteers and licensed professionals.  More importantly you will be contributing to the Habitat Mission and the intrinsic impact is endless.
