We work with you! We are offering Virtual Mentoring avenues during the Covid-19 Pandemic and promote socially distant mentorship during this time. Our mentors meet one-on-one with their student each week for one hour from Sophomore or Junior year through Senior year and graduation. We offer days of service, workshops, and enrichment activities to attend with the entire fellowship, as well.
Mentoring is such a rewarding relationship that goes both way benefitting the mentor and the mentee. For career development, research shows that people who mentor are 20% more likely to earn a promotion due to the skills they develop.
